Heavy Equipment Operator Training and Stationary Training
Fair Fee Training and Projects offers two levels of heavy equipment operator training which include operation of backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, scrapers, all-terrain fork lifts, motor graders, and articulated off-road dump trucks. These are the types of equipment most common in the industries which hire heavy equipment operators. These programs also include subject matter such as grade reading, grade stakes, laser levels, site plans, site layout, soils, and safety.
Our students have access to training on virtually every topic heavy equipment operators and stationary engineers need to become their very best. We are charged with making sure that future operating engineers are safe, skilled, productive, and respectful of the equipment. Our system is designed to give someone who knows little or nothing about the trade the knowledge to become a journey-level operating engineer.

ROOF BOLTER
Also called: Bolter, Roof Bolter, Roof Bolter Operator, Underground Roof Bolter. What they do: Operate machinery to install roof support bolts in underground mine. On the job, you would: Drill bolt holes into roofs at specified distances from ribs or adjacent bolts.

At our tower crane training centre students learn how to operate the tower crane in hazardous areas and lifting operations which require care like lifting persons and blind lifting.

During the tower crane driver training the student learns to operate a crane in strong wind, rain, lightening and hail with suspended load

Extreme care should be taken with luffing jib cranes when working in high winds with the jib at minimum radius as the jib can be blown backwards with serious consequences
TELEHANDLER
What is a telescopic handler used for?
Telehandlers are multi-purpose machines that lift, move and place material. A telehandler — short for “telescopic handler” — accepts different attachments to lift, move and place materials ranging from bricks and gravel to lumber.
