Refund Policy

Overview

Fair Fee Training aims to be fair and transparent. This refund policy explains how registration fees, course fees, and refunds are handled when a trainee cancels a booking.

 

Registration Fee Non‑Refundable

A R300 registration fee is required to secure every booking. This registration fee is non‑refundable under all circumstances and will be retained by Fair Fee Training.

 

Refunds When Full Course Fees Have Been Paid

If you have paid the full course fee and you cancel before attending the course, Fair Fee Training will charge a 20% administration fee on the paid course fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method, after deducting the non‑refundable R300 registration fee.

Example: If the course fee is R5,000 and you paid in full, a 20% admin fee (R1,000) is charged. From the remaining amount, the R300 registration fee is retained and the balance is refunded.

 

Provider Cancellation and Transfers

• If Fair Fee Training cancels a course, you will receive a full refund of any course fees paid, including the registration fee, or you may choose to transfer to the next available course at no extra cost.

• Transfers to another course date are permitted subject to availability. If you request a transfer instead of a refund, the R300 registration fee may be applied to the new booking at Fair Fee Training’s discretion.

Refund Processing Time and Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is approved. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. Any approved exception will be documented in writing.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@fairfeetraining.com with: booking reference, trainee name, course date, and reason for cancellation. Include any supporting documents if applicable. We will acknowledge receipt and confirm the refund outcome and timing.
